Horlobby is a boutique marketplace which offers unique selection of classic, hi-end watches from world's top tier brands. Horlobby is targeted at watch enthusiasts and for those looking for luxury timepieces and professional service.
New visual identity is based on logo which highlights professionalism and passion for watches. Important part of design process was drawing custom type. Typography seen on vintage watch dials has very distinctive forms, and I wanted to catch the spirit of it in Horlobby wordmark. Final lettering is bold and modern, but serifs and proportions of letters refer to classic horological typography.
